A complementary stress-enquiry practice
Advanced Clearing Energetics
Advanced Clearing Energetics (ACE) draws from energy psychology, coaching, EFT, NLP and related alternative practices. I use its questions and exercises to explore the stressful event, emotional meaning and learned response beneath a pattern.
We look for a specific moment or context linked with the concern, notice how you adapted, and use guided reflection or imagery to loosen the pattern. I use ‘energy’ as the method’s language for felt emotional activation—not as a measurable diagnosis.

Inside a session
How we may work with it.
This is a flexible map, not a script. I adapt the process to your comfort, goals and response in the room.
01
Clarify the pattern
We describe what happens, when it tends to happen and what you would prefer to experience instead.
02
Look for context
I ask about stressful events, meanings and learned responses that may be associated with the present concern.
03
Use a clearing exercise
Depending on your comfort, this may include focused attention, imagery, language or an EFT-informed exercise.
04
Test what is different
We return to the original trigger, notice whether your response has shifted and identify practical support beyond the session.
03
What it can explore
Places this conversation can go.
ACE may appeal if you are open to a complementary, experiential approach and understand that its explanatory model is not a medical or psychological diagnosis.
01Persistent emotional triggers
02Stress-linked habits or reactions
03The meaning attached to a difficult event
04Beliefs that feel hard to shift through insight alone
05A sense of being emotionally ‘stuck’

Evidence & boundaries
What the research says
Useful context, without overselling.
The method’s own materials describe ACE as an integrative energetic system influenced by EFT, NLP, hypnotherapy and META-Health. I could not locate robust independent clinical trials or systematic reviews validating ACE itself. Claims on official training pages should not be confused with established clinical evidence.
My care boundary
Your wellbeing comes before the method.
ACE does not diagnose or treat disease. Its creator’s disclaimer directs people with physical or mental-health concerns to seek medical advice or work alongside a licensed practitioner. I follow that boundary and do not use ACE as a substitute for evidence-based care.

Questions you may have
Before you decide.
What does ‘energetics’ mean here?+
It is the approach’s language for the felt charge around stress and memory. It is not a laboratory measure and I do not use it to make medical claims.
Can ACE heal a physical condition?+
There is no reliable evidence that it can. We may explore emotional stress around illness, but medical symptoms and treatment remain the domain of qualified healthcare professionals.
How will I know whether it is helping?+
We agree on observable, personal indicators—such as reduced distress, greater choice or a change in a recurring response—and review them openly.
